What this app collects, who can see it, and how to have it removed.

What We Collect

Your name, and an email or phone number if the host has one for you. If you sign in with Google or by email, we also get whatever your account gives us: your name, email address and profile photo. If you RSVP, we keep your answer, how many people you are bringing, and any dietary notes you write in. If you upload a photo, we keep the photo and who uploaded it. If you vote for Best Dish, we keep your vote.

Who Can See It

The host, always. Other guests of the same dinner see your name, your RSVP status, what you are bringing, your dietary notes, and any photos you upload - the same things you would tell a friend at the door. Nobody outside your own dinner sees any of it. Your email and phone number are never shown to other guests, only to the host.

Photos

Photos are stored in a private location, not on the open internet. Every photo you see in the app is reached through a link that expires after a few minutes, so a photo cannot be found by guessing a URL or saved as a permanent public link.

Nothing Is Sold or Shared

This is a small app for one host's dinners. Nothing collected here is sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the app - not advertisers, not data brokers, nobody. Google and email sign-in are handled by Supabase, the company that runs the app's database and authentication; they process your sign-in on this app's behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

The Host Can See Everything

The host built the guest list and runs the dinner, so the host can technically read anything stored here: names, RSVPs, dietary notes, photos, contact details. There is no second, more private tier of guest.

Deleting Your Information

Ask the host, the same person who invited you, to remove your information. They can delete your RSVP, your photos, and your account's access outright. This app does not have a support inbox of its own - the host is who to ask, the same as with any other part of planning the dinner.
